Scottish Stones of Wonder
This site is dedicated to prehistoric observatories in Scotland. It has detailed diagrams, and provides the best dates to see the various alignments with the sun, moon and stars.
Stones of Wonder
"This is a Web guidebook to prehistoric monuments in Scotland (dating to the Neolithic or the Bronze Age) which have orientations to the sun, moon or stars. It gives the background to the archaeology of the sites, to archaeoastronomy and to the previous work which has been done. The main part of the guidebook is a listing of the monuments which can be visited, and the best time of year to see them and observe for yourself the sunrises, sunsets, moon rises and moon sets. The work is based on original surveys, of which full details are given."

Russian Megaliths
This is a website devoted to ancient Russian stone structures. They appear to be even more extensive than those in western Europe, and of quite different forms.
Dolmen Path - Russian Megaliths
"What are the Russian megaliths? The great number of them are located at the North - Western part of Caucasus mountains. Most of them are represented by rectangular structures made of stone slabs or cut in rocks with holes cut in their facade.
The marked megalithic sites consist of dolmens standing alone or grouped. The largest group consist of up to 580 megaliths. The number of known megaliths is up to 3000 dolmens and other structures. But every year gives us new megaliths and artifacts. Caucasus isn't a well known place. "
